Halifax, N.S March 19th, 2019- Scanway, a staple within Halifax’s Food & Beverage industry for over 35 years, is pleased to announce our new exclusive catering partnership with Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott Halifax-Dartmouth. The multidisciplinary food experience company will be responsible for handling all banquet food & beverage operations within the over 2200 square feet of space. The dual-branded hotel is scheduled to open in May 2019.
Over the past year, since taking over from previous ownership, Scanway has aggressively pursued third party Food & Beverage contracts with venues across the HRM. Last year, Scanway signed on Glen Arbour Golf Course and Halifax Distilling company. With the addition of the two new hotel properties, Scanway now holds 8 exclusive partnerships with venues across the HRM.
