We are pleased to offer two different pricing structures for our BBQ menus:
- Build-Your-Own:
This price structure is based on the food only and is ready for add-ons. This option would best accommodate events that require uniformed professional service staff, rentals of china, glassware, linens and/or tables and chairs, etc. These functions can include but are not limited to: weddings, private parties and corporate events where full service is required. Please call us directly for a personalized quote. - All-Inclusive Corporate:
This price structure best accommodates casual events such as corporate BBQs, family picnics or gatherings and staff or customer appreciation events. (Please note that this package is not available for weddings). Pricing includes:- BBQ Chef(s) – 5 hours including travel time
- Server(s) to attend to the buffet– 5 hours including travel time
- All required paper and plastic items (plates, utensils, napkins)
- 6 ft Banquet tables with vinyl table covers for the buffet
- Fun Theme Décor for the buffet tables!

Build-Your-Own Pricing
To receive an estimate under this price structure, we require the number of guests attending, start and finishing times, location, rentals required (we can help with this) and your chosen menu options.
All-Inclusive Pricing
Tell us what your choices are – where to be – and what time you would like the BBQ served.
**Prices do not include HST, or 15% service charge
**Special arrangements must be made for groups less than 30.
The Small Print:
- Our event coordinators are available to assist you in selecting the perfect location for your BBQ.
- Service staff rates: Event Captains $27.00/hr (1 per event), $25.00/hr per hour per server, and $25.00/hr per BBQ Chef for the Build-Your-Own pricing. Extra hours may be assessed at the time of booking.
- If you need entertainment or activities, please inquire with one of our Event Coordinators. We have access to festive inflatable amusements, music and other activities.
- Children are charged at a reduced rate of Under 4yrs is free, 5 – 10yrs is the menu price less $2.00. Please ensure that you inform us of the number of children who will be attending your event, regardless of their ages.
